• Maintain the security of your password and identification.
• Not use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Not post or share any inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content on club blogs, event discussions, or associated WhatsApp groups.

The Tudar Club platform may offer points, badges, and rankings based on quiz participation and event attendance. These are virtual features intended for club engagement and carry no monetary value. Tudar Club reserves the right to modify, remove, or reset points and badges at the discretion of the administrative team.

The materials on Tudar Club's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Tudar Club makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall Tudar Club or its core team be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Tudar Club's website, even if Tudar Club or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

The materials appearing on Tudar Club's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Tudar Club does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Tudar Club may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable to the institution (NMAMIT) and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
